Terms of Service

By accessing or using Word2One ("the Service") at word2one.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Word2One ("the Service") at word2one.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided as a free online tool that merges Word documents entirely within your web browser.

2. Description of the Service

Word2One is a client-side Word merging tool. File processing occurs locally on your device using web technologies. We do not upload, store, or access your Word documents. The Service lets you combine multiple Word documents into a single document and download the result. Supported input is .docx. Legacy .doc files are not supported.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the Word documents you choose to merge. You must have the legal right to copy, combine, and use those documents. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including processing copyrighted or confidential material without authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer its components for abusive purposes, or use automated means to overload the website. The Service is intended for personal and legitimate business document tasks. We may restrict access if we detect abuse of the website infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free merging, or that output files will meet your specific requirements. Merged results depend on the quality and structure of your source Word documents. Review the output before discarding originals.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Word2One and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or document corruption. Because processing occurs on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups of original files.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Contact
